This is the worst part of training. My stomach hates running. My stomach hates a lot of things, but it hates running and lactose the most.
It’s been over 4 hours since my run and I am still getting these flashes of pain in my stomach. They make me curl in a ball and I get really sweaty and just moan, and then it passes.
I tried pooping, but nothing it happening. Usually I just poop and everything is okay, but nothing.
I’m trying to get some water down. I thought I was hydrated, but I guess not.
I will spend my summer waking up before the sun, running for hours, and sneaking water from strangers’ hoses.
Sweat is just oozing from my pores. I’m glistening with sweat. My belly button is like full of sweat. It feeeeels awesssome.
I went for about 3 miles. I don’t know my time because i was trying to hit pause because I hit a light, and I accidentally stopped it. I was about 29 when I stopped, so I’m guessing I hit about 31, maybe? A little of 10 minutes miles. Not bad considering that’s the longest I’ve ran since I’ve been back to running and hills and heat. I sprinted about the last 400 meters because that’s when my fucking thing stopped and I was pissed. And it was all uphill.
Then I got back and realized my mum locked me out… So. That was fun banging on the door dying. Phew. I might ride down to the store on my bike to get some groceries.

It’s so hot. There was no way running was happening; by the time I got done with my my interview at 10AM, it was already almost 80. I don’t know how people in southern states do it. It hit 90 here and we were all dying… But then again, we’re used to like 50 degree weather all year round.
Wish I someone would take me swimming.
Finally bought a bike chain.
Went for a 7.4ish bike ride. I love riding bikes. Merpmerp.
Also, Sarah forgot her combination for old lock… hahahah. We used so many tools to get that off
well, that run was sort of a flop… I wanted to go a hard two, but saw lightening about .7 miles in and had to turn around.
I was about a 10:20 pace. Every day I shave about 20 seconds off my pace. Trying to get back into it slow. I am dripping/drowning in sweat though. It feels nice.
